error code e808 canon ir 6570

The error code E808 is not listed in the imageRUNNER 5570 / 6570 Service Manual. The error code description should read:



E808-0001 The IH power supply input voltages are higher than the stipulated voltages.
E808-0002 The IH power supply input voltages are lower than the stipulated voltages.

 
The remedy description for either code is to plug the machine into a wall outlet with the correct voltage and replace the fixing heater power supply.
